The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the ongoing development and implementation of the asset management system. This opportunity is ideal for those with experience in a similar role focusing on asset management systems, administrative support, stakeholder engagement and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- To implement and develop an asset management software system and ensure continued improvements in relation to functionality.
- To work with the wider team and stakeholders to respond to changing needs and improvement processes.
- To ensure standard asset management and energy data reports are provided to all stakeholders and service areas, particularly specifically for site energy management to support departmental targets.
- Monitor energy data on a monthly basis and initiate measures to resolve issues and ensure systems are operating at an optimum level.
Essential Criteria:
- A Degree or Equivalent in Business Information Systems, Facilities Management or Energy Management.
- 2 Years relevant experience in each of the following: Operating and Administering an Asset Management System; Dealing with challenging system queries and advising both internal and external stakeholders.
