MCS Group is partnering with a growing organisation to appoint a People Operations Manager into a newly created leadership role.
Leading and developing a People Operations team.
Managing service levels, workloads, workflows and quality standards.
Using data and service insights to identify improvements.
Supporting the implementation and effective use of a new HR system.
Experience leading, coaching and developing an operational team.
Experience setting and monitoring service levels, workflows, performance measures and quality standards.
Strong systems capability, ideally including experience implementing or improving HR platforms, ticketing systems or case-management tools.
The ability to use data and service insights to identify trends, manage demand and drive continuous improvement.
