MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing Northern Irish Insurance Firm as they look to add a Commercial Account Handler to their County Antrim based office.

The role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Deliver presentations and explain products in a clear, professional manner.
- Negotiate effectively with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
- Analyse information, prepare reports and resolve issues with a proactive approach.
The person:
- Minimum 3 years experience in insurance markets within a commercial role
- Cert II Qualification (ideal but not necessary)
- Excellent keyboard skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience of designing insurance portfolios.
