MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a growing Northern Irish Insurance Firm as they look to add a Commercial Account Handler to their County Antrim based office.

The Company: Our clients began as a family-run insurance brokerage, with almost 50 years of experience serving personal and commercial clients across Northern Ireland. Renowned for their customer first approach, our client delivers exceptional service and competitive premiums.

The role:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Deliver presentations and explain products in a clear, professional manner.
  • Negotiate effectively with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
  • Analyse information, prepare reports and resolve issues with a proactive approach.

The person:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in insurance markets within a commercial role
  • Cert II Qualification (ideal but not necessary)
  • Excellent keyboard skills including Microsoft Office
  • Experience of designing insurance portfolios.
