MCS Group is delighted to be working with a Top UK Accountancy firm in Belfast to recruit an Accounts Senior Manager / Associate Partner to join their growing team.

The Role:
- Managing a varied portfolio of clients and overseeing accounts and advisory work.
- Reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Acting as a key contact for clients, providing advice on business performance and financial matters.
- Supporting and developing managers, seniors and junior staff, including reviewing their work.
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships and bring in new business.
- Working closely with Partners and tax, audit and advisory teams to deliver a joined-up service.
- Helping drive the growth of the firm, with the opportunity to progress towards Partnership.
The Person:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified
- Senior accountancy experience, ideally within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of accounts and financial reporting
- Experience managing client portfolios and building relationships
- Confident reviewing accounts and advising clients
- Commercially minded, with an interest in business development
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Strong organisational skills and able to manage competing priorities
