We're looking for an HR & OD Analyst to join a dynamic People team in a role focused on organisational data, reporting, and workforce planning. You'll play a key role in maintaining organisational structures, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business decisions through insightful reporting and analysis.
The role involves working closely with HR, People Operations, and business stakeholders to support organisation design activities, maintain HR systems, and produce regular workforce reports. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with HR data and systems.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage organisation structure updates and support organisational change initiatives.
- Review and process organisation design requests in line with governance procedures.
- Maintain accurate workforce data across HR systems and support reconciliation activities.
- Produce monthly headcount, workforce, and organisational reports.
- Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders on organisation design projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems, reporting, and governance processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and effective record management.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in HR analytics, HR systems, organisational development, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills, including reporting, data analysis, and working with large datasets.
- Experience working with HR systems and workforce data.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Degree-qualified in HR, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience with organisation design or workforce analytics tools is advantageous.
