Multiple interim HR positions available – Belfast – Immediate start

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, fast-paced environment?

I am currently recruiting for two HR team members for a 6-month temporary contract with a leading global organisation based in Belfast.

The roles:

HR Advisor:

  • Monitor, report and analyse absence.
  • Conduct welfare meetings with employees and managers to support return to work or follow medical capability process.
  • Present absence reporting to senior management showing trend analysis and action plans.
  • Escalate complex long term sick cases to the HR Business Partner.
  • Liaise with wider HR teams – Payroll, Compensation and Benefits and HR Business Partners with relevant data.
  • Support the HR team on various projects.

Senior HR Advisor:

  • Take the lead on Employee Relations issues.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders by providing excellent HR support and expertise.
  • To support the wider HR function with projects when directed.
  • Ensure effective delivery of key HR processes, including full employee life cycle.

The ideal experience:

  • Experience within similar HR roles.
  • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Northern Ireland employment legislation.
  • CIPD (Desirable).
