The role:
- You will provide first-in-class IT services and expertise to an exciting array of clients
- Primarily look after client visits and installs, deployment and configuration
- Troubleshoot various IT issues across applications and infrastructure at a 2nd line level
- Ensure your clients are protected and trained in terms of cyber security
- Continually improve your knowledge of IT

- A tenacious/proven troubleshooting ability at a second-line level
- A determined approach to your work and the skills to resolve a range of IT issues
