  • Deliver on-site, specialised 2nd line technical support and desktop and audio-visual hardware management.

  • Serve as a representative of the IT department, providing professional and efficient service to colleagues.

  • Act as a primary contact for technical issues, ensuring timely incident resolution.

  • Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support and asset management.

  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) effectively.

  • Knowledge of network routing, switching, and patching.

  • Experience with VOIP telephony configuration and support.

  • Proactive in implementing and documenting improvements.
