We are proud to partner with a rapidly growing company seeking to add an experienced 2nd Line Support Engineer to their team. You will be joining a busy but supportive environment, gaining exposure to a range of technologies deployed both here in Northern Ireland and across Great Britain. In it for you Salary dependant upon experience Hybird working- 3 days on the Belfast office Flexible shift work form 8am – 5:30pm Supportive team that will allow you to progress technically The Role: Provide 2nd line support by managing the help desk and addressing user issues. Occasionally travel to the UK mainland to provide on-site and hardware support (note: travel is infrequent). Demonstrate proficiency in technologies including Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365 and networking principles. Work within a small, supportive team and gain exposure to 3rd-line escalations to build on your help desk skills. About You: Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a 2nd Line Support Engineer in a busy internal support environment or MSP background. Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills in Active Directory, MS Exchange, Office 365, and networking. Soft Skills: A friendly, professional, and approachable attitude with an appreciation for the service-oriented nature of IT support. Communication: Ability to interact with company owners, directors, and senior managers confidently. Motivation: Eager to apply your troubleshooting skills in a new and challenging environment while learning and growing professionally. Requirements: A valid driver's license due to the travel aspect of the role.
