MCS Group is thrilled to partner with our client on the lookout for a driven and proactive Web & UX Specialist to join their expanding team. This is a pivotal role in crafting a smooth, high-impact digital experience for customers as the business scales across new markets.
About the Role:
- Take charge of the performance and front-end development of custom Shopify stores, with a view to future international launches.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and commercial teams to refine user journeys and boost conversion rates.
- Drive UX enhancements through data-led A/B testing, landing page development, and design iteration.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of web projects, ensuring timelines are met and goals are achieved.
- Contribute to strategic planning around digital growth, including launching new stores and B2B features.
