MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a specialist consultancy to recruit a Part-Time IT Support Consultant.
This organisation works with businesses locally, nationally, and internationally and their expertise covers areas such as information security, GDPR compliance, and environmental standards.
They are growing the team and are seeking an experienced IT Support professional to join the team on a part-time basis, with a view of increased hours as the business grows.
The Role

As IT Support Consultant, you will provide IT support across internal systems and networks

Assist clients with technical queries, explaining concepts clearly and professionally

Interpret network diagrams and advise on firewalls and related infrastructure

Document policies, procedures, and compliance records

Support consultants with client projects and audits

The Details
