Site Facilities Manager
Location: Belfast
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

MCS Group is proud to be working with a long-established and market-leading manufacturer to recruit a Site Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management at their Belfast site. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for maintaining buildings and grounds, managing contractors, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental standards, and delivering site improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day maintenance, facilities, housekeeping, and site improvements.
- Lead and develop the facilities team, ensuring effective deployment of resources.
- Oversee contractors, utilities, waste management, and environmental compliance.
- Deliver continuous improvement projects across the site.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and KPIs.
About You
- HND or equivalent qualification in Engineering.
- Recent experience in facilities management, including contractor management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to act on initiative.
