MCS Group is working exclusively with a fast-scaling technology company in their search for a Senior Software Engineer. With significant investment onboard, our client is properly in scale-up mode and plan to double their headcount within the next 12 months. This Software Developer is a newly created role within the business, and will offer a strong developer huge amounts of career progression, along with the chance to learn new technologies and contribute to a scaling SaaS product.
The Role
- The Senior Full-Stack Developer will design and review system architecture and create technical solutions.
- You\'ll write and maintain high-quality, scalable code.
- You\'ll play a key role in promoting best practices and making technical decisions.
- You\'ll support CI/CD, deployment processes, and production stability.
- You\'ll break down work, assign tasks, and track progress.
- You\'ll be passionate about removing blockers and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
- Mentor and support team members\' growth and performance and get involved in recruiting and onboarding as the engineering function grows.
This is the perfect role for a senior developer who isn\'t fussy about the tools they\'re using, but interested in developing their skillset and building product. Our client\'s engineering team is made up of some brilliant software engineers already - and an ability to problem solve and work things out is the concurrent theme across the team today.
