The Role

As Product Owner, you'll work closely with Product, Data Science, Engineering and wider business stakeholders to help shape and deliver the product roadmap.

You’ll be responsible for translating customer and business requirements into clear product priorities and ensuring the team has the clarity needed to deliver effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and contribute to product roadmaps and priorities .
  • Develop and manage user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria .
  • Work closely with Engineering and Data Science to support successful product delivery.
  • Manage the day-to-day product lifecycle , from requirements through to delivery.
  • Gather and translate business, customer and stakeholder requirements into actionable product initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the wider Product team to prioritise features and improvements.
  • Support product discovery and help identify opportunities for new functionality.
  • Work closely with data and technology teams to ensure products deliver meaningful customer and business value.
  • Monitor progress, identify blockers and help ensure initiatives remain aligned with product objectives.

What We're Looking For

Fintech or financial services experience is essential.

We’re looking for someone with

  • Proven experience working as a

Product Owner within fintech, financial services or a closely related environment.

  • Strong understanding of product roadmaps and prioritisation .
  • Experience writing and managing user stories and product requirements .
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working closely with

Engineering and technical teams .

  • A good understanding of Agile product development.
  • The ability to take ownership of the day-to-day product lifecycle .
  • A practical, commercially minded approach to product management.
  • The confidence to work independently while collaborating with a wider product team.

Product, Business Analysis and Data Science teams .
