People Partner – Belfast – Permanent
MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation as they seek to appoint a People Partner to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to make a real impact within a fast-paced, industrial environment.
The role:
As People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the people agenda across the business. Working closely with operational leaders, you will provide expert advice, support, and guidance on all aspects of HR while driving forward key projects and initiatives.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Senior HR Officer to take their next step in their HR career.
The main responsibilities:
- Partnering with managers and leadership teams to deliver people strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Leading and supporting on a range of HR projects, including change management, organisational development, and employee engagement.
- Providing expert advice on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland employment legislation.
- Driving continuous improvement across HR processes and practices in a unionised/industrial setting.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives and succession planning to ensure a skilled, motivated workforce.
The ideal candidate:
- CIPD Level 5 (level 7 is desirable).
- Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation.
- ROI legislation would be advantageous.
- A track record of delivering HR projects and initiatives successfully.
