MCS Group is partnering with a professional services organisation to recruit a Payroll Manager to join their expanding finance team in Belfast on a full time, permanent basis.

As the successful Payroll Manager, you will receive:

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of Payroll, Payroll Manager will be responsible for:
- Lead, plan and oversee the weekly and monthly payroll cycles
- Provide clear direction to payroll team leaders on priorities, deadlines and service expectations
- Act as an escalation point for technical payroll queries
- Drive improvements in payroll reporting, automation and system utilisation
- Support data migration and payroll implementation

The Person:
The successful Payroll Manager will meet the following criteria:
- Strong payroll knowledge
- Significant payroll leadership or management experience
- Background in practice/ industry or bureau
