MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a fast-growing and dynamic technology-driven business in Belfast as they look to add a newly created part-time HR Manager to their team on a permanent basis.

The HR Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of HR. You will drive initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and organisational development. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be instrumental in creating an inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

The main responsibilities:

  • Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies
  • Lead onboarding, performance cycles, and learning & development programmes
  • Support senior leadership on culture, workforce planning and succession
  • Advise on employee relations matters and handle conflict resolution
  • Oversee compensation reviews, benchmarking, and benefits
  • Maintain and enhance HR policies and ensure legal compliance
  • Monitor HR metrics and use data to improve processes
  • Manage HR systems and employee records

The ideal candidate:

  • Broad HR experience, ideally in a tech or fast-paced industry
  • Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
  • Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices
  • CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) preferred
  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing both permanent and contractor workforces
