MCS Group are proud to be working with a leading food and drinks manufacturer. We are seeking a Multiskilled Line Technician to support production efficiency, ensure food safety and quality, and assist with continuous improvement projects.
Role: Multiskilled Line Technician
Location: Ballymena
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Support maintenance and production teams with breakdowns, changeovers, and problem-solving.
- Carry out fault finding, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Assist with training and development of colleagues.
- Perform routine maintenance and support major projects.
About You
- Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Working towards NVQ/BTEC Level 3 or equivalent.
- Recent experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
