MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively recruiting an EHS Advisor for a global leader in medical technology and manufacturing based in Larne. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class manufacturing environment, supporting the EHS Manager in delivering Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives across site operations and projects. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, promoting a proactive safety culture, and driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Support EHS compliance across site projects and operations
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Advise on CDM compliance and contractor safety management
- Deliver EHS training, inductions, and toolbox talks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and incident investigations
- Support ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance
About You
- Experience in an EHS role within manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, or a similar regulated environment
- Strong knowledge of UK/NI Health & Safety legislation and best practice
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and contractor management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- NEBOSH National General Certificate (or higher)
- Relevant Health & Safety qualification
