MCS Group is delighted to exclusively partner with an organisation as they look to add an HR Business Partner to their team on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
The role involves delivering a proactive, high-quality HR service supporting managers across a complex organisation, across the entire employee lifecycle.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and coaching to managers on employee relations, performance, absence and wellbeing.
- Lead and support disciplinary, grievance, flexible working and absence management processes.
- Support employee engagement, organisational change and HR projects.
- Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Maintain accurate HR systems, data and reporting.
- Support recruitment, induction and HR training activities.
The ideal candidate:
- Degree (or equivalent) with relevant HR experience or significant HR experience with A-levels (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of NI employment law.
- Working towards or holding CIPD qualification.
- Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in manufacturing (desirable).
