MCS Group is working with one of their closest clients as they embark on an exciting period of growth. We are looking for an experienced Manager to lead and scale a high-performing, client-facing service function within a high-growth fintech organisation. Reporting directly to the COO, this role combines operational leadership, people management & leadership, and service delivery for a high profile client base. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, forecasting and resource planning, continuous improvement, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for clients and teams alike.
The following is an exciting senior leadership role for someone who thrives in complex, high-change environments, enjoys working closely with clients and internal stakeholders, and has a strong track record of building scalable, efficient operations.
What you will be responsible for:
- Leading operational delivery across multiple teams, ensuring consistent service excellence
- Owning forecasting, capacity planning, KPIs and service delivery models
- Driving continuous improvement through process optimisation, automation and AI
- Acting as the senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders
- Developing and coaching managers and future leaders
- Partnering closely with Product, Technology, Commercial and Support teams
What we are looking for:
- You will have operational leadership experience in a technology, consulting, financial or regulated services environment
- Strong financial numerical literacy, with the ability to interpret complex information and data
- Proven experience leading managers and scaling teams
- Deep understanding of forecasting, resource planning and service delivery
- Commercially astute, delivery-focused and calm under pressure
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Location: Hybrid working, with a minimum of 3 days per week on-site in Belfast
Salary: Up to £55,000 plus benefits.
