MCS Group is partnering closely with a global technology organisation within the IoT and connected systems industry that is hiring a Senior Quality Lead to drive system-level quality and release readiness across a growing product portfolio.

A new role created within the business, this Quality Lead focuses on ensuring complex connected products are truly ready for customer deployment across hardware, firmware, connectivity, cloud services, APIs, and third-party integrations.

Rather than owning hands-on QA execution, this individual will define testing intent, challenge system behaviour, identify technical and integration risks, and support release decisions during Alpha, Beta, and early commercial phases.

We're interested in candidates with experience across any of the following:

  • Systems Engineering
  • Systems Integration
  • Product Validation
  • Integration Testing
  • Release Readiness
  • IoT / Telematics / Connected Platforms
  • Distributed or Embedded Systems

The ideal candidate will be technically credible, comfortable operating within engineering-led teams, and able to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant visibility across Engineering, Product, and Programme teams globally.

Circa £60,000 with package which includes bonus, enhanced pension and hybrid working.
