MCS Group is proud to be exclusively partnering with Lunn's Jewellers, Northern Ireland's most prestigious luxury jeweller, as they seek to appoint a Service Delivery Manager on a full-time basis. This role will initially be offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with a strong likelihood of becoming permanent for the right individual. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced IT professional to take ownership of IT service delivery within a highly respected, heritage luxury brand at a key point in its digital transformation journey.

As Lunn's continues to invest in its systems, infrastructure and digital capabilities, this role will play a critical part in ensuring technology enables a world-class client experience.

As Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for IT across the business, operating in a standalone capacity and working closely with senior stakeholders, third-party suppliers and managed service providers. Lunn's is currently undergoing a significant systems journey, including:

  • A CRM platform in Salesforce
  • Migration from Epicor ERP to Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
  • A full Microsoft-stack environment
  • Ongoing optimisation of EPOS, eCommerce and business systems

You will ensure these systems are delivered, supported and continuously improved in a secure, compliant and business-focused manner. This is a highly visible role, requiring a polished, professional approach and the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language for stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main on-site point of contact for all IT-related matters across the business
  • Manage and coordinate third-party IT suppliers and MSPs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee the running, optimisation and enhancement of core IT systems
  • Support and embed the rollout of Microsoft technologies including Intune and Defender
  • Ensure strong IT governance, security and data management practices, including GDPR compliance
  • Own IT asset management, licensing and supplier contracts
  • Support IT-related projects, system upgrades and integrations with key brand partners
  • Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, translating technical issues into business impact
  • Maintain a structured, calm and service-led approach to IT operations in a customer-facing environment

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT service delivery, IT operations or IT leadership within a standalone or SME environment
  • Strong supplier and third-party vendor management experience
  • Exposure to Microsoft-based environments and business systems (ERP / CRM)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with non-technical stakeholders
  • A professional, polished approach suited to a luxury retail environment
  • Highly organised, self-managed and comfortable working within a clearly defined remit

Desirable:

  • Experience within retail, hospitality or customer-facing environments
  • Exposure to Dynamics Business Central, Salesforce or ERP migrations
  • Strong Excel and reporting skills
