They are now seeking an experienced Senior Developer to take a leading role in developing bespoke web applications, driving technical strategy, and contributing to exciting internal innovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where your ideas and technical expertise will truly make an impact.
The Role
- Lead the design and development of high-quality .NET Core applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to shape project strategy and technical direction.
- Maintain and enhance an existing portfolio of digital products.
- Drive innovation by researching and implementing new technologies and frameworks.
- Promote best practices in coding.
- Mentor junior team members and lead by example through clean, maintainable code.
The Person
- Has strong commercial experience developing with .NET Core, C#, and SQL.
- Has experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and Git-based version control.
- Brings solid front-end knowledge (React preferably).
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
