The Rewards

The Role

Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve financial visibility and support commercial decision‑making
  • Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the Global Sales & Marketing function
  • Managing monthly tracking and analysis of expenses against forecast and budget
  • Performing revenue reserve analysis and monitoring pricing and discount trends
  • Preparing financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations
  • Other duties as outlined in the full job description

The Person

The successful Senior Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
  • Open to FP&A, revenue analysis or sales positions
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong communication skills
