The Rewards

The Role
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve financial visibility and support commercial decision‑making
- Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the Global Sales & Marketing function
- Managing monthly tracking and analysis of expenses against forecast and budget
- Performing revenue reserve analysis and monitoring pricing and discount trends
- Preparing financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and executive‑level presentations
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description
The Person
The successful Senior Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent
- Open to FP&A, revenue analysis or sales positions
- Strong IT skills
- Strong communication skills
