MCS Group, one of Northern Ireland's leading professional recruitment consultancies, is growing – and we’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our high‑performing Belfast team. This is a full 360° sales role. You’ll be developing your own client base, generating new business opportunities, and managing the entire recruitment process from first contact to placement. Recruitment experience isn’t required – but sales or business development experience is highly desirable, and a strong commercial mindset is essential.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Business development & lead generation: Proactively identifying and approaching potential clients, cold calling, pitching solutions, and building your own portfolio of accounts.
- Client relationship management: Understanding client needs, advising on recruitment strategy, and positioning MCS Group as a trusted partner.
- Candidate sourcing: Identifying top talent in your market, building strong candidate pipelines, and guiding candidates through the full recruitment journey.
- Process management: Coordinating interviews, delivering feedback, managing offers, and ensuring a smooth experience for both clients and candidates.
