MCS Group is partnering with a Global Manufacturing Software company to offer an exciting opportunity for a Professional Services Consultant.
Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects for manufacturing customers
- Facilitate business process mapping workshops and gather customer requirements
- Translate operational requirements into technical solution designs
- Support customer data migration and go‑live activities
- Deliver training to operators, supervisors and management teams
- Manage project milestones, timelines and stakeholder communication
- Build strong customer relationships throughout the implementation process
Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain or distribution industry
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Self‑motivated with strong organisational skills
- Basic understanding of networking and PLC systems
- Experience integrating software with PLCs, controllers or shop‑floor equipment is advantageous
- Full driving licence and valid passport
