Reporting To Group Marketing and Communications Manager
Location: Belfast, with occasional travel throughout Ireland and Great Britain as required

This position is ideal for a marketing graduate with a one-year placement minimum or an early-career marketer with 6-12 months' experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email marketing campaigns: creating content, capturing leads, reporting on results, and conducting ongoing research to optimise performance
- Social media management and content creation, particularly video content
- Website management and SEO support
- Candidate attraction and employer branding campaigns
- Event planning and coordination
- Sales collateral and presentation support
- Marketing reporting and analytics
- Market research and competitor analysis
