The Job
- You will be responsible for providing comprehensive secretarial support within a busy conveyancing department, working alongside experienced solicitors on a diverse range of property matters.
- This position would suit an experienced Legal Secretary with solid conveyancing expertise and strong organisational ability.

The Role
- Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the conveyancing department
- Draft, prepare, and manage conveyancing documents and related correspondence
- Audio typing and effective file management

- Manage diaries, appointments, and critical deadlines
- Ensure confidentiality and maintain excellent attention to detail at all times
The Person
- Proven experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required
- Excellent audio typing and general administrative skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Capable of working independently while contributing to a team environment
- Dependable, flexible, and professional in their approach
