We are partnering with a well‑established, highly recognised organisation with a strong presence in the local market to appoint an Internal Recruiter on a 12‑month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team within a fast‑paced environment, where you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality recruitment solutions across a range of roles. This role will suit an experienced Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys working at pace, partnering with stakeholders, and taking a hands‑on approach to recruitment delivery.
The main responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for roles across the business.
- Oversee and support high‑volume operational recruitment, driving consistency and process improvement.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies and workforce plans.
- Proactively source and engage talent, building strong pipelines for current and future needs.
- Champion the employer brand to attract top talent across the market.
- Manage the offer process, onboarding coordination, and candidate journey end‑to‑end.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition / Internal Recruitment role, ideally within a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including direct sourcing.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working with recruitment data, reporting, and workforce planning.
- Comfortable managing both strategic input and hands‑on delivery, including admin and coordination.
