MCS Group are delighted to partner with a growing organisation to appoint an experienced HR Generalist on a temporary basis with an immediate start available. This is a hands-on, operational HR role for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment and can hit the ground running across the full employee lifecycle. You will work closely with managers across the business, supporting day-to-day HR operations while ensuring a positive employee experience throughout.

Main responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Supporting employee relations casework, including absence, disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Advising managers on HR policy and best practice.
  • Managing contracts, HR documentation and employee records.
  • Supporting performance management and employee engagement activity.
  • Assisting with HR reporting and general HR administration.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal processes.

Successful candidate:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role in Northern Ireland.
  • Strong operational HR experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Comfortable managing a busy workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
