MCS Group are looking for a Global Head of Payroll to join a global financial services company based in Belfast.
The Company: Our client is a global financial services company based in Belfast with multiple sites across North America, EMEA and APJ regions. They are an award-winning business that provide a variety of services to their extensive global customer base. Now is an exciting time to be joining the company as they looking to a Global Head of Payroll to join their growing Belfast team.

The Role: As the successful Global Head of Payroll, you will be reporting to the CFO and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Lead global payroll operations
- Manage inhouse payroll providers, acting as senior escalation point for complex issues
- Partner with finance to ensure accurate journals, reconciliations & alignment with forecasting and planning
- Deliver payroll strategy
- Maintain strong controls
- Other duties as outlined in the full job description.
