Finance Manager – Belfast (Exclusive)

MCS Group are delighted to be working exclusively with Wing It, one of Northern Ireland\’s most exciting and fastest-growing hospitality brands, to recruit a Finance Manager to join their expanding management team in Belfast.

The Role

As the successful Finance Manager you will become a key part of the management team and will report directly to senior leadership. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing day‑to‑day financial operations;
• Preparation of management accounts & financial reports to senior leadership;
• Provide financial insights to support strategic and operational decision‑making;
• Preparing budgets, forecasts and variance analysis;
• Preparing statutory returns including VAT returns;
• Managing relationships with key external stakeholders;
• Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person

The successful Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent;
• Open to practice or industry experience;
• A proactive self‑starter capable of working independently;
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
