MCS Group, a leading Financial Services consultancy, is looking for a Compliance Associate to join their Belfast offices and support the firm's global clients with audit and assurance work.
Role Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
- Providing highest quality compliance work products to clients
- Playing a key role in delivering on multiple projects – including Information Security, Consumer Duty, Financial Crime, Safeguarding & more
- Carrying out compliance audits for clients – advising relevant recommendations to achieve regulatory compliance
- Working closely with existing clients to learn their business and design supporting regulatory strategy accordingly
Criteria:
- Junior to Mid‑level professionals within assurance, audit or compliance testing – within financial services, banking or fintech
- Payments or Asset Management industry knowledge is desirable, but not essential
- Demonstrable audit experience – any relevant kind of audit
- ISO 27001 experience is desirable
- Client‑facing experience or exposure is desirable
