Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV – A well-established Microsoft Dynamics consultancy is expanding its Business Central practice and is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to support new business growth across Northern Ireland.
This is a client-facing role focused on demonstrations, tenders, and solution design, working closely with sales and delivery teams to translate customer requirements into effective Business Central solutions.
The Role
You will play a key role in the pre-sales cycle, engaging with prospective customers to understand their current ERP challenges and demonstrate how Business Central can support their business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting tenders, RFIs, and RFPs
- Delivering Business Central demonstrations, tailored to customer needs
- Creating and maintaining demo scenarios and environments
- Engaging stakeholders from C-suite to operational users
- Translating business and finance requirements into BC solutions
- Keeping up to date with latest Business Central functionality and releases
- Working closely with internal teams on solution input and handover to delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills - confidence is essential
- Proven experience delivering ERP demonstrations
- Solid understanding of business and finance processes
- Background in Business Central / NAV, either: As a Functional Consultant who has delivered BC, or as an end-user involved in selecting and implementing BC
- Open to candidates from other ERP pre-sales backgrounds where skills are transferable
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with Business Central, NAV, or a similar ERP
- Comfortable in a client-facing, pre-sales environment
Location & Working Model
- Must be based in Northern Ireland
- Occasional travel to customer sites across NI (typically up to 1 day per week)
- Flexible working from home for the remainder of the week
