The Role
- Building insightful dashboards and reports using SQL & Power BI
- Leading process improvement and root-cause analysis initiatives
- Supporting ERP integration projects (Dynamics 365 / Business Central)
- Working closely with stakeholders to turn business needs into practical solutions
- Driving innovation through automation, analytics, and new technologies
What I’m Looking For
- Strong SQL and Power BI experience (reporting, dashboards, optimisation)
- Proven background in business analysis and process improvement
- Experience working with or integrating ERP systems (Dynamics 365 or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Power Apps / Power Automate
- Background in manufacturing or multi-site environments
- Exposure to AI or advanced analytics initiatives
