I am exclusively working with an established organisation who are looking for an AI Lead Consultant to help teams improve how they work through AI.
Combining consultancy, stakeholder engagement and programme delivery, you'll identify opportunities, shape solutions and guide change from initial idea through to implementation.
The role
Work with stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
Lead workshops and turn ideas into clear delivery plans.
Partner with technical teams to introduce practical AI solutions.
Help teams adopt new tools and ways of working.
Keep programmes focused on measurable improvements.
About you
Experience in consultancy, transformation or technology change.
Confident leading workshops and engaging stakeholders.
A track record of taking initiatives from discovery through to delivery.
Able to make complex ideas clear and actionable.
An understanding of how AI can improve business processes and productivity.
This would suit someone who enjoys bringing people and technology together to make change happen.
