About the Role:

The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's client base and market share in the UK. You'll work closely with senior commercial leaders, identify and engage prospective clients, and take ownership of the full sales cycle – from outreach to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales process, driving new business opportunities in the UK.
  • Proactively build a strong pipeline of opportunities through targeted outreach.
  • Own relationships with senior client decision-makers and advocate for customers throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and tender applications.
  • Provide regular sales reporting and market feedback to shape future product development.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets, helping to propel company growth.

You'll Thrive in This Role if You:

  • Have 2+ years' experience in an outbound sales role with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Are self-motivated, results-driven, and possess exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrate resilience, tenacity, and a “hunter mindset” for generating and winning new business.
  • Can work autonomously in a remote-first environment while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • (Desirable) Bring experience in the energy or renewable energy sector .
