This full-time, permanent role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-moving environment where you will play an active role in shaping the employee experience and supporting business growth.
The Role
- Provide broad HR support across all areas of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, development, and engagement.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for HR queries, offering clear and practical guidance on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
- Manage employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, attendance, and performance cases in line with best practice.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes, drafting adverts, coordinating interviews, preparing contracts, and supporting onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR systems and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
- Support payroll, benefits administration, and regular HR reporting activities.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with legislation and organisational values.
- Assist in planning and delivering learning and development initiatives and performance reviews.
- Promote employee engagement and wellbeing through participation in internal events, surveys, and communications.
- Support absence management and exit processes, ensuring consistency and professionalism throughout.
The Ideal Candidate
- CIPD qualification or HR Degree.
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practice across ROI and NI.
- Demonstrated experience managing ER casework in a fast-paced business environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with a collaborative and approachable manner.
