Our Client is hiring a Graduate Master Data & Business Systems Analyst to support the day-to-day management of master data setup and help drive continuous improvement across core business systems. This is a great entry point for someone who enjoys data accuracy, process improvement, and working with stakeholders across multiple departments.
What you'll do
- Own and manage daily master data setup activities across the group
- Act as the first point of contact for master data issues (analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve)
- Help develop and implement processes to protect data quality and integrity
- Support configuration and roll-out of new master data solutions to streamline how data is captured
- Work with different teams to gather requirements, map processes, and deliver practical solutions
- Assist with business system implementations/upgrades and provide on-site support when needed
- Create user documentation and support training material for processes and procedures
What you'll bring
- A 3rd level qualification in Business / IT / Agri-Food / Supply Chain (or similar)
- Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- A methodical approach with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work well with different teams
- Ambitious mindset & comfortable working independently and as part of a busy team
Nice to have (not essential)
- Exposure to an FMCG environment
- Any experience with ERP systems or master data setup
- Customer service / application support experience
