Credit Control Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee credit control function for the organisation.
• Reporting & analysis.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and oversee the collection of outstanding debts.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to the company\’s policies and procedures.

Credit Control Manager Requirements

• Experience handling a large customer base, including consumer and commercial debt.
• Experience managing a direct debit portfolio.
• Strong understanding of general ledger reconciliations.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
