Our client, a leading multi-site organisation, is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new HRIS to modernise and align HR processes across the group. The Role
- You’ll manage the full HRIS project lifecycle, from planning and configuration through to training, deployment, and post‑launch support.
- Working closely with HR, IT, and external partners you will ensure a smooth rollout, system adoption and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of the HRIS project, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risks, and milestones.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system configuration, testing, and go‑live.
- Engage stakeholders to capture requirements and communicate progress.
- Oversee workflow design, data migration, and validation activities.
