MCS Executive Search is recruiting for a newly created role with a leading blue-chip FM provider, managing a portfolio of PFI and non-PFI contracts valued at over £100m. You will oversee operations and work with an Account Director from each contract in this hybrid position.

Successful candidates will have prior experience in managing a business unit and a keen understanding of PFI. Previous healthcare experience is desirable, along with the ability to manage teams and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
