Are you an experienced Account Director, Senior Operations Manager or Regional Director looking for the opportunity to lead one of the UK's most significant retail cleaning portfolios? Our client is a well-established and ambitious soft FM provider seeking a commercially focused National Account Director to take ownership of a flagship account delivering cleaning services to a major household-name retailer across more than 400 department store and grocery locations nationwide. This is a high-profile leadership role with responsibility for a contract worth in excess of £20m, offering the chance to influence strategy, strengthen client relationships and drive continued growth.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Retail Services, you will have full accountability for service delivery, client satisfaction, retention and organic growth across this nationally important portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Leading the operational and commercial performance of a £20m+ account
- Building and maintaining senior relationships with key client stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and increase contract value
- Ensuring service excellence and consistency across 400+ sites
- Managing and developing a high-performing operational team
- Supporting innovation, sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement
About You
