The Role
Reporting into the Project Director for a leading SPV/Asset Management business, you will be working on a flagship PFI contract on large London acute hospitals. Working from a London based office 3 days a week with the other 2 hybrid working. You will be responsible for the legal and commercial risk on the contract and be part of a team ensuring the contract is delivered for the Trust and by the FM provider in a compliant manner. This will involve working with a variety of different stakeholders overseeing variations, surveys, deeds and payment mechanisms across the estate.
The Candidate
It is essential that you have previous PFI commercial experience although this doesn't need to be from a healthcare environment and could be from education, defence, etc. You don't have to have worked for an SPV company previously either; you may come from an FM provider, client side or consultancy. You will need to be able to communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders about commercial and legal risks on a sizeable NHS property estate.
