Contract Director

The Role

Reporting into the Sector Director for Health for a well‑known FM Provider you will be responsible for the delivery of hard FM services into an NHS Acute Hospital in Kent. Managing a team of 40 employees delivering maintenance, lifecycle and project works across the Trusts estate through a PFI contract. There will be a real focus on building on the relationship with the end client and delivering projects and variations successfully.

The Candidate

The key to being successful in this role is that you are a great FM operator who can build trust and a relationship with the client and can demonstrate this. Ideally you will have some experience of the healthcare sector, but this can be from the client side, for an FM provider, consultancy or SPV. This is a challenging role with a real focus on statutory compliance, contract management and the building of relationships with key stakeholders. You will need to lead and motivate an operational team and have demonstrable experience of strong man‑management skills in your previous career. It is essential that you are an effective communicator who truly understands customer care. You will also need to be able to travel to the Kent site daily.
