MCS Contract Services Ltd, a professional cleaning and facilities management company, is currently seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team. This role is to support a newly awarded contract, so we require candidates who are confident, reliable, and able to work independently from day one. Please note: This is not a trainee position. Previous professional cleaning experience is essential.
Job Details
- Pay: £14.00 per hour
- Hours: 16–20 hours per week
- Days: To be arranged
- Pay Frequency: Monthly (direct bank transfer)
- Employment Type: PAYE (not self-employed)
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Proven cleaning experience (commercial/residential)
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimal supervision
- Good timekeeping and reliability

- References required
- DBS check will be carried out
- Must be legally entitled to work in the UK
- Documents required: Two forms of ID, Proof of address (e.g. current utility bill), Share code (if applicable)
