We’re looking for a reliable, highly organised Senior Office & Operations Administrator who is fluent in Polish and English to support the day-to-day running of our operations office.
This is a hands-on role at the centre of the business, covering:
- Phones, scheduling, payroll support, and general administration in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Managing inbound calls and office communications (English & Polish).
- Supporting payroll processing and basic finance administration.
- Acting as a senior point of contact in the office.
- Ensuring consistent office cover and smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Fluent Polish and English (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in office administration or operations support.
- Comfortable handling payroll and sensitive information.
- Ability to work calmly in a phone-heavy, fast-moving environment.
- Experience in logistics, construction, waste, maintenance, or similar sectors.
