We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Senior Construction Finance Manager to join our growing team. This is a key leadership position responsible for providing financial oversight across multiple construction projects, ensuring robust financial governance, accurate reporting, and strategic commercial support. Working closely with senior management, project directors, and operational teams, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, managing risk, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial aspects of construction projects from tender through to completion.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost to complete, retentions and cash flow.
- Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting and performance analysis.
- Partner with project managers to improve profitability and cost control.
- Oversee contract valuations, cost reporting, and financial risk management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.
- Direct the day-to-day finance function for regional projects, overseeing the production of monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, and P&L statements.
